WEBJOBZ, does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. WEBJOBZ, only collects personally identifiable information from resume postings, the registration process for posting jobs, and mailing list registrations.
WEBJOBZ, respects your right to privacy. As part of the registration process, we give you the opportunity to decline to receive any mailings from either WEBJOBZ, or other parties to whom the WEBJOBZ, may provide such information. Your personally identifiable information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your approval at the time of collection.
When you look at our web sites, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:
- your server address
- your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc)
- the pages you accessed and documents downloaded
- the previous site you have visited
- The type of browser you are using.
Information collected may be used internally to create aggregate information about our users. This aggregate data may be provided to our advertisers and sponsors, without providing any personal user data.
WEBJOBZ, reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site and to inform advertisers of such information as well as the number of users that have been exposed to or clicked on their advertising banners. WEBJOBZ will provide only aggregated data from these analyses to third parties. Also, users should be aware that WEBJOBZ may sometimes permit third parties to offer subscription and/or registration-based services through an WEBJOBZ, site.
Upon request, WEBJOBZ, will allow any user to “opt out” of further promotional contacts at any time. Additionally upon request, WEBJOBZ, will use reasonable efforts to allow users to update/correct personal information previously submitted which the user states is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. Also, upon a user’s request, WEBJOBZ, will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her personal information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user’s entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.
